Join us on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. for yoga with Sheila. Cost is $8/session or $40/series of 6. Students are asked to bring their own yoga mat and props is possible.

Saturday, February 27th at 1 p.m. Cost is $20/members and $25/non-members. All supplies provided. Masks and social distancing will be required. Class size is limited, so be sure to register by calling the Centre at (276) 957-5757.
