Franklin County’s Land of Lights kicks off November 28 and runs every night through Christmas at Franklin County Recreation Park, 2150 Sontag Road in Rocky Mount. It’s a half-mile drive-thru light display with over 50,000 lights — and it’s free, with donations accepted.
