STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DONATION EVENT IN ROCKY MOUNT

October 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023

It is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and the Rocky Mount Police Department is partnering with the Franklin County Resource Center to collect items this month for the Domestic Violence Shelter in Rocky Mount.  The Family Resource Center thrives off of donations made to the shelter by Community Organizations and private citizens.24 24-Hour Hotline

Domestic Violence Hotline

The Family Resource Center Domestic Violence Hotline is free, confidential, and available 24/7. You can receive assistance in safety planning and find out about emergency shelter services and support resources. But remember, if you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Domestic Violence is our business. Call our 24-hour Hotline at 540-483-1234 (TTY available) or text HELP to 540-329-3299.

Here is what is needed:

Non – perishable food items

soup

canned vegetables

paper towels

mops

sponges

kitchen towels

dishwashing liquid

Lysol wipes

laundry detergent

fabric softner

 

Drop off all the donation items to the Rocky  Mount Police Department and thank you for your help and support.
