Franklin County Sheriff’s Office: 540-483-3000 (They can pass the information to DSS or connect you to the on-call DSS worker after business hours)
Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline: 1-800-422-4453
Virginia Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline: 1-800-552-7096
Your identity will be protected. You have the right to remain anonymous, and even if you choose to share your name, by law, Franklin County DSS cannot disclose the identity of the person reporting.
