2025 SML Walk to End Poverty will be held Saturday, September 20, at the Smith Mountain Lake State Park, 1235 Road 888 in Huddleston.  Pre-register to walk or run, 5K or 10K, and/or donate online at www.smlwalktoendpoverty.com.  Event day (September 20) registration begins at 9 AM and the walk and run begin at 10 AM.  Proceeds support Lake Christian Ministries’ programs and services that assist a growing number of local families struggling with poverty.
