Franklin County, Virginia is excited to announce the return of the Franklin County Agricultural Fair, August 14-17, 2024 at the Franklin County Recreation Park. The concept of agricultural fairs originated in farming communities as an opportunity for folks to come together for fellowship and a celebration of the fruits of labor and bountiful harvests.
This August, experience the excitement of tractor competitions, midway rides, music concerts, live entertainment, competitive and educational exhibits, demonstrations, animal shows, petting zoo, horse show, fair pageant, contests, games, food and fun – lots of fun!
Fair Hours:
- August 14 (Wednesday) – 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- August 15 (Thursday) – 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- August 16 (Friday) – 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- August 17 (Saturday) – Noon to 10 p.m.
*Ticket Sales will end at 9 PM each night
*Please note: For the safety of our guests and animals, no dogs or pets of any kind will be permitted at this year’s FCAg fair. Thank you for your cooperation.
