Thursday, October 9, 2025 – Volunteers for the Woolwine October Festival needed at 4:00 AM start making apple butter at the old Woolwine Fire Department, 8:30 am – Fried Apple Pie Making in the cottage.  Lunch Provided

Saturday, October 11, 2025 – Woolwine Annual October Festival begins at 10:00 AM and ends at approximately 4:00 PM.  Located at the Woolwine Vol Fire Department Grounds in Woolwine VA.  FREE Admission.  Music by in playing order (each will play twice during the festival):  Jordan T Morrison & the Foothill Boys, Larry Sigmon & the Virginia Girls and The Friday Night Band.  Events: Music, Dancing, hopefully some Apple Butter to Sale, Bake Sale, Crafts, etc. Food: Hotdogs, Chicken BBQ Sandwiches, Fried Apple Pies, Desserts, and Beverages.  Craft vendors welcome at NO CHARGE call 276-229-8241 for more information!
