Sixteen individuals have been arrested by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on 32 drug-related indictments issued by a grand jury earlier this month.
An indictment is not a determination of guilt but the opinion of jurors that enough evidence was presented by prosecutors to warrant a trial on the charge(s).
